HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Helping customers to reduce their energy use
  
  

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry.
• Knowledge and experience of ADNOC and international Standards
• Must have been in ENGINEER's organization for at least three (3) years in similar position and must have previous PMC experience.
• Fully familiar with international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during EPC phases of oil/gas projects.
• Experience of design of HVAC Systems, modifications of existing HVAC System, and their interfaces with sub-systems e.g. DCS, ESD, F&G.
• Must have the capacity to supervise & manage development of EPC, Construction deliverables.
• Participation in FAT, installation, construction execution & field testing of control systems modification shall be demonstrable during project execution.
