Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations and drive innovation in our Bitcoin mining processes. The CTO will play a pivotal role in recruiting the technical team and implementing cuttingedge solutions to optimize efficiency scalability and profitability across our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technical strategy to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our Bitcoin mining facility.

• Lead the design implementation and optimization of mining infrastructure including hardware selection network architecture and software systems.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of mining software and tools to enhance performance monitoring and automation.

• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including operations finance and sustainability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain our competitive edge.

• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technicians fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of leadership in designing deploying and managing largescale Bitcoin mining operations.

• Extensive experience with mining hardware ASICs as well as proficiency in mining software and protocols.

• Deep understanding of network architecture cybersecurity best practices and data center operations.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to optimize performance and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead a technical team.
