Tasks

• Budgeting (PL BS CF)
• Reporting (PL BS CF)
• Managing budgetary control of expenses and payments
• Engaging in automation projects
• Overseeing settlements with service providers
• Monitoring accountable amounts
• Reconciling data between management and accounting databases
• Monitoring deviations
• Generating preliminary reports in the management database and assessing expense reasonableness
• Conducting budgetary oversight of contracts and fund disbursement applications.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in a relevant field)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and CRM programs
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Ability to work in a team follow team rules react quickly and make independent decisions
