الوصف الوظيفي
- Timely address all requests from leadership providing prompt and accurate data
- Create and manage metrics, share points, and web reports
- Demonstrate the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system
- Lead development of employee-related activities and initiatives (Lean initiatives, employee survey action plans, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, etc.)
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing on behalf of leadership
- Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures
