Key Responsibilities:

Magento Development: Develop customize and maintain Magentobased ecommerce websites and modules.

Code Quality: Write clean modular and welldocumented code following Magento and industry best practices.

Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.

Integration: Integrate thirdparty systems plugins and APIs with Magento.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers marketers and product managers to implement new features and improvements.

Security: Ensure the security of the ecommerce platform by implementing best practices and staying updated on the latest security threats.

Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all code changes and features to ensure functionality and reliability.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all code configurations and processes.

Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on Magento usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Magento development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and MySQL.

Experience with Magento 2.x and its architecture.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in ecommerce.

Experience with other ecommerce platforms and frameworks.

Certification in Magento development.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
