Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Data Analyst to join our team. The Academic Data Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decisionmaking improve academic outcomes and enhance the overall educational experience for our students. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a British school environment and possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with academic leadership and faculty to identify key metrics and performance indicators to track student academic progress and achievement.
• Design develop and maintain comprehensive databases and data systems to collect organize and analyze academic data effectively.
• Conduct indepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights related to student performance attendance behavior and other relevant metrics.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate academic data findings and insights to school leadership faculty and other stakeholders.
• Provide support and guidance to faculty and staff on interpreting and utilizing academic data to inform instructional strategies intervention initiatives and student support services.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure data integrity security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging trends technologies and best practices in academic data analysis and educational research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education Statistics Computer Science Information Systems or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a data analyst preferably in an educational setting with a strong understanding of academic data systems and processes.
• Experience working in a British school is required.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel SQL Tableau or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data with integrity and professionalism.
