Primary Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven eCommerce Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize our online sales channels to drive revenue growth and improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms digital marketing and data analysis with a focus on enhancing the online shopping experience and maximizing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

eCommerce Platform Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our eCommerce platforms ensuring a seamless and userfriendly shopping experience.
  • Manage product listings including creating updating and optimizing product descriptions images and pricing.
  • Ensure the website is fully functional regularly updated and aligned with brand standards.

Digital Marketing and SEO:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic conversion and sales.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including PPC display ads and social media marketing.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance customer behavior and website analytics.
  • Use datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Customer Experience and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement retention strategies such as email marketing campaigns loyalty programs and personalized offers.

Inventory and Order Management:

  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely product availability.
  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Resolve any issues related to orders shipping or returns.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales IT and customer service to align eCommerce activities with overall business goals.
  • Communicate eCommerce strategies performance and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in eCommerce.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO PPC Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
