Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads developing proposals pitch goods and services to new clients and maintaining good working relationships with new contacts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities establish strategic partnerships and grow the companys client portfolio.
- Conduct primary market and customer research and posses an indepth understanding of the KSA industry landscape market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including potential clients partners and industry influencers leveraging strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations to key decisionmakers.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate potential business opportunities identify risks and challenges and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets drive revenue growth and generate business opportunities aligned with the companys goals and objectives demonstrating a resultsoriented mindset.
- Develop and implement business development strategies including market segmentation targeting and positioning with a focus on longterm success.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including marketing finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment adapt to changing market conditions and quickly adjust strategies and approaches as needed.
