The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team in the legal industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth developing marketing strategies and building strong client relationships in the UAEDubai market. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationshipbuilding. Collaborate with the legal team to understand the services offered and develop tailored marketing strategies to promote the firms expertise. Manage and oversee the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients key stakeholders and industry partners to enhance the firms reputation and attract new business. Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance business development activities and market insights for senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. Proven track record of successful marketing and business development in the legal or professional services industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong understanding of the legal industry and the UAEDubai market dynamics including regulatory environment client preferences and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data identify opportunities and make datadriven decisions. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse marketing team. Proficiency in market research CRM systems and marketing analytics tools. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
