Language Instructor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver Arabic and English language training programs for hotel staff, Assess the language proficiency of employees and create customized training plans to meet their needs. Create and update language training materials, including lesson plans, activities, and resources, to ensure effective language instruction. Adapt training materials to align with the specific language needs of different departments. Track and evaluate the language proficiency of employees through regular assessments and progress reports. Provide constructive feedback and support to help staff improve their language skills. Assist staff in understanding and respecting cultural nuances in communication to ensure positive interactions with guests from various backgrounds.
