Job Description:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for General Counsel including agendas email phone calls and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Provide administrative and office support such as Arabic/English translation (to a high professional standard) and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring corporate compliance across E7 Group.
- Provide support on a range of subjects including reviewing and executing company documents forms applications resolutions and ancillary documents in accordance with local formalities.
- Manage the relationship with external regulators in particular the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
- Work closely with other members of the team to:
- Ensure statutory obligations are met in a timely manner.
- Facilitate corporate approvals with due process.
- Ensure accuracy of company records.
- Manage and maintain corporate registers for powers of attorney parent company guarantees authorized signatories authorized representatives charges etc.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in the management of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
- A Chartered Secretary a Graduate or Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute with a minimum of 2 years PQE or 6 years extensive experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Good knowledge of statutory obligations required by the ADX and SCA.
- Understanding of the regulatory onboarding process.
- Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Good organization and IT skills.
- Any legal experience a benefit.
- Experience of managing senior executives their offices and processes.
- Attention to detail and analytical and communication skills.
- Familiar with using Board portals and Compliance software.

- A high level of integrity discretion and confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
