#Job #Description:

1Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.

2Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels

3Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases social media etc

4Screening candidates resumes and job applications

5Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assessing applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.

6 Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.

7Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties absence deductions)

8Explaining human resources policies procedures laws and standards to new and existing employees.

9Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures

10Overseeing exit interviews

11 Managing Performance appraisal.

Attractive salary

#Job #Requirements :

Bachelors degree is must.

Diploma in HR is must.

Experience 3 years at least in HR field is a must in Dubai

Excellent communication skills.

Working hours: 9 hrs.

One days off

Fluent in English
