Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below
Undertake cost analyses for project work
Perform risk and value management as well as cost control
Assist, identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
Provide advice on contractual claims including Extension of Times
Measure progress of work and coordinate payments
Measure variations, quantities and costs
Negotiate and agree variations for both quantities and costs
Register and review all drawing issues for quantities and cost implications
Attend regular site meetings with internal and externals to discuss variations and monthly valuation
