Data Analyst - Hireget

Responsibilities:

• Collect process and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits.
• Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics Economics Computer Science Information Management or Statistics.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.) databases (SQL etc.) and programming (XML JavaScript or ETL frameworks).
• Proficiency in using statistical tools and software (e.g. R Python SAS) for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
