Manager- Core Banking

1 Provide guidance to team to achieve the delivery and objectives.

2 Recommend technical standards for deployment and integration

3 Play a key role in digitalization automation and innovation initiatives

4 Engage with core banking vendor on regular bases along with other partners.

5 Direct & manage the team activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives and new requirements

6 To plan resources for monitor support integration and deliver activities.

7 Develop and train technical team on latest technologies for delivering to full potential.

8 Supervise and monitor the performance of team periodically

9 Manage stakeholder expectations while striving to meet the delivery

10 Technical delivery using either Agile or waterfall methodologies suiting the initiative from business project and change requests.

11 Adopt best practices in core baking support and development.

12 Ensuring deliverables in accordance with expected quality & standards

13 Adherence to information security policies and procedures.

14 Coordinate project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues to ensure ontime highquality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals

15 Ensure documentation supporting materials and project plans are updated and readily available for internal / external audit and regulatory.

16 Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
