We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Oral Medicine Specialist/Consultant to join our team. As an Oral Medicine Specialist/Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to our clients.

As an Oral Medicine Specialist/Consultant, you will focus on diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of the oral cavity and maxillofacial region. You will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing oral medicine care. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive oral examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as oral biopsies, imaging studies, and salivary gland function tests
• Diagnose and treat various oral conditions, including oral ulcers, oral cancers, and salivary gland disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, including medication management and oral health recommendations
• Perform minor oral surgical procedures, such as biopsies and lesion removal
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of oral medicine through continuous learning and professional development
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Dentistry
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various oral conditions
• Strong knowledge of oral medicine principles, practices, and treatment options
• Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and imaging studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with patients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex oral conditions
