Concierge

Prestigious and renowned hotel in Dubai known for its exceptional service and opulent surroundings. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Concierge team and provide unparalleled guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for guests providing exceptional service and personalized assistance.
• Offer comprehensive knowledge of the hotel its facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with booking reservations arranging transportation securing tickets and making recommendations for dining and entertainment.
• Manage guest requests and inquiries providing prompt and efficient solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on local events and activities offering relevant information to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions dining options and cultural events.
• Proficient in using reservation systems travel booking platforms and other relevant technology.
• Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent spoken English.
