Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Content Director to lead our AI community focusing on creating highimpact scenariobased content that resonates with consumers across the MENA region. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional creative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with consumer insights and market trends in the MENA region.
- Lead the creation of scenariobased content that engages and inspires users fostering a strong emotional connection.
- Drive content innovation by leveraging AI tools and analytics to anticipate consumer needs and craft compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and technology to ensure a cohesive and consumercentric approach.
- Establish metrics for measuring content effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of content creators editors and strategists to foster creativity and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or creative direction with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in developing strategic creative content tailored for specific markets preferably in the MENA region.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and scenario planning.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
