The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and the achievement of departmental objectives on a quarterly basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organizations strategic goals are met by coordinating with various departments and the CEOs office.
Key Responsibilities:
KPI Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI tracking system.
- Collect and analyze KPI data from various departments.
- Prepare and present quarterly KPI reports to the CEO and Head of HR.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Objective Setting and Alignment:
- Assist departments in setting annual objectives and KPIs.
- Provide training and support to department heads on KPI setting and measurement.
- Ensure departmental objectives are aligned with the companys strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
- Monitor the achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate with department heads to address performance gaps.
- Facilitate feedback sessions between the CEO office and department heads.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards to the executive team.
System Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the KPI tracking and reporting system.
- Implement improvements to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Work with IT and other relevant teams to integrate new tools or software for performance tracking.
Coordination and Meetings:
- Arrange and coordinate quarterly performance review meetings between department heads and the CEO office.
- Prepare agendas minutes and followup actions for performance review meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO office and various departments.
Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training sessions on KPI setting and performance measurement.
- Support departments in the continuous improvement of their performance management processes.
Identifying KPIs Across Departments:
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) from every department to allow decisionmakers to measure business performance against strategic goals and predict future outcomes.
- Provide an overview of best practice KPIs for common endtoend business processes that span departments to help choose the KPIs that make sense for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management performance management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and balanced scorecard methodology.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and experience with performance tracking software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar).
- Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
