Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting a Project Sales Executive for a leading provider of data centre infrastructure services based in Dubai UAE. This role focuses on driving sales for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and UPS batteries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the product range outstanding sales capabilities and the aptitude to manage and execute largescale projects successfully.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market presence for UPS systems and batteries.

Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer demands to pinpoint sales opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive sales plans forecasts and reports.

Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within targeted markets and sectors.

Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients including corporate entities data centres hospitals and industrial facilities.

Deliver presentations conduct product demonstrations and organize site visits for prospective clients.

Oversee the entire sales cycle for UPS and UPS battery projects from initiation through to delivery and postsale support.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering logistics customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress resolve any arising issues and ensure delivery within the agreed scope timeline and budget.

Maintain an indepth knowledge of UPS systems batteries and associated technologies.

Offer technical guidance and support to clients including the creation of tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.

Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements in UPS systems.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

At least 5 years of sales experience preferably in the UPS and UPS batteries sector.

Comprehensive technical knowledge of UPS systems and batteries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
