Under the direction of the Office Supervisor the position requires the preparation of samples; You must have an eye for detail ensure we have a good library of fragrances to select from the collection and carry out admin tasks under the heading of sales support.

Essential Job Functions/requirements

• Checking equipment and stock levels and ordering supplies as required
• Cleaning and setting up lab equipment
• Labelling sorting and storing lab samples
• Monitoring and reporting on lab as required
• Disposing of waste and storing lab equipment after use
• Answering telephone and email enquiries on Supervisors behalf as required
• Performing duties related to fragrance industry
• Clerical tasks including printing and filing reports and data entry

Support the Sales Support Team be a team player.

Support the sales team and their various strategies.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work alone

Capacity to absorb ideas related to the fragrance industry.

Creating quotations and projects.

You should be technically aware and have an eye for detail preferably in the fragrance oil industry.

You must have good English.
