Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and sales.
• Create compelling visual content including videos graphics and posts using Adobe tools.
• Manage and maintain the companys social media channels including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and foster a sense of community around the brand.
• Monitor social media trends analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
• Handle client inquiries and communication through social media platforms providing excellent customer service and support.
• Assist in sales activities including lead generation followups and closing deals.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as quotations and invoices for sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles (freshers with relevant coursework are welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of sales processes and experience in handling client interactions is advantageous.
