Junior IT Associate UAE National

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Emirati fresher to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to endusers including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
   
2. Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
   
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
   
4. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
   
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
   
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders both orally and in writing.
   
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
   

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Emirati Nationality: Must be a complete Emirati national with a valid Family Book Passport and Emirates ID (EID).
  
• Recent Graduate: Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in any IT field (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity).
  
• Immediate Availability: Able to join the company within the next business day of being shortlisted (no prior labor card commitments with other companies).
  
• Strong Learning Agility: Eager to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.
  
• Teamwork: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
