Marine Offshore Manager

Roles & Responsibilities We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Marine Manager in Offshore! As the Offshore Marine Manager, you will lead a team of marine professionals in the construction of an artificial island in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily offshore marine operations, ensuring execution strategies align with Company's safety, health, environment, and quality standards. Your role will entail managing marine interfaces between various scope packages, coordinating safe vessel operations of over 80 units, and liaising closely with onshore Logistics Coordinator for logistics from onshore to offshore sites and fuel bunkering. You will work with different departments and personnel, managing and continuously developing your team to achieve optimal and creative team performance.
