Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for performance of all waitresses. Coach them on on-going basis.
· Ensure all waitresses are smartly presented at all times and that they comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.
· Lead by example and promote efficiency, integrity, courtesy& an extremely high standard of quality.
· Serve food and /Or beverages to principals and their guests; prepare & serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
· Take orders & serve food & beverages to principals/guests at tables.
· Provide fast, efficient and highly courteous services at all times.
· Ensure the correct appearance of all of the dining and other food service areas.
