Position Title: Management Trainee (UAE National Fresh Graduate)
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking talented UAE national fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This program offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain handson experience in various departments within our organization. As a Management Trainee you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future leadership roles. This is a fulltime position based in Dubai UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in orientation sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies culture and organizational structure.
- Rotate through different departments such as marketing finance operations human resources and sales to gain exposure to various functions.
- Assist department heads and senior managers in daytoday tasks and special projects.
- Learn and apply best practices in each department to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Attend training sessions workshops and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations to track your progress.
- Develop a strong understanding of the companys products services and industry trends.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism integrity and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- UAE national (Emirati) fresh graduate with a bachelors degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent academic record with a minimum GPA of specify if applicable.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to excel and grow within the organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Must be available to commit to the duration of the Management Trainee Program.

Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in the feed and poultry manufacturing industry. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and internal controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
