Senior Procurement Officer - Al Izaan HR LLC

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal with the procurement needs of the organisation.
• Work with other Departments to forecast demand evaluate inventory levels
• Negotiate directly with vendors to get the best possible commercial terms.
• Initiate RFQs compare offers award and administer/expedite project supply services and subcontracts to supplierssubcontractors and service providers
• Use cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods subcontracts and services.
• Build relationships with vendors and manage their performance.
• Conduct routine vendor business reviews evaluating vendor performance and compliance.

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical discipline) or Finance studies
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Experience in the Construction sector is necessary.
• Understanding and professional experience with Procurement contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Local market knowledge and experience in procurement direct/indirect material & services and subcontracts.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: AED7000.00 per month

Experience:

• Civil Construction: 2 years (Required)
