Hospitality Training Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Training Officer to join our team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess a strong background in hospitality management and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in both onthejob training and classroom training a structured approach to training processes and a thorough knowledge of SOPs related to 5star hotel operations.

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all hotel staff ensuring adherence to 5star service standards
• Conduct onthejob training sessions and classroom training to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide continuous support and mentoring to staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Prepare training materials manuals and other educational tools to support learning initiatives.
• Ensure all training activities are aligned with the hotels goals and objectives enhancing overall guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 46 years of experience in delivering hospitality training in a 5star hotel environment.
• Proven experience in both onthejob training and classroom training settings.
• Strong understanding of structured training processes and methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of SOPs related to 5star hotel operations and training.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
