AP Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a privately owned manufacturer on looking for an AP Manager. This role will report to the head of accounting, is open due to growth, and will lead a team within AP. The opportunity for growth here within the company is great. This is an in office culture but OK with some WFH for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team of 3-4 AP Specialists/Clerks
• Financial Reporting related to AP
• Full cycle AP coverage for those OOO
• Vendor management
• Handling of escalated AP issues
• GL maintenance and journal entries related to AP
• Effectively prioritize cash management/vendors

Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ full cycle AP experience in a manufacturing environment required
• 2+ years’ supervision experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred (add 2 years to above if not)
