Role And Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Establish detailed client briefs and maintain communication with clients and design teams
• Manage feasibility studies and obtain necessary approvals
• Coordinate project finances and monitor expenditure
• Interview and select contractors
• Inspect construction works for quality
• Provide regular project updates to clients
• Lead on the development of business cases

Experience And Skills Required:

To succeed in this role you must possess:

• A relevant degree
• Experience in the built environment sector
• Knowledge of UK regulations
• Strong communication skills
