Financial Analyst

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation variance analysis and financial forecasting. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  
• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic decisionmaking. Evaluate investment opportunities costsaving initiatives and revenue projections.
  
• Cost Analysis: Conduct costbenefit analysis cost control assessments and profitability analysis for projects and marketing campaigns. Identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
  
• Financial Performance Review: Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze trends deviations and opportunities for optimization.
  
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks market trends and economic factors that may impact business performance. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus for experienced candidates.
  
• Experience Level: Freshers with a strong academic background in finance are welcome. Experienced candidates should have at least X years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data analyze trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
  
• Financial Tools: Proficiency in financial modeling Excel and financial software. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis reporting and forecasting.
  
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital marketing industry or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
