Job Duties
- Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and related requisitions.
- Acts as a contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel.
- May create invoices and shipping documentation.
- Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations.
- Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials.
- Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.
- Coordinates cross-center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments.
- Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
