Branch Manager - Travel Agency

Our client is a leading travel agency based in the vibrant city of Ras Al Khaimah UAE. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing unparalleled travel experiences they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations to new heights. As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our travel agency branch in Ras Al Khaimah. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the travel industry strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the branchs operations including sales customer service and administrative functions.
  
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Lead mentor and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
  
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing a travel agency operation.
  
• Experience working in the UAE market preferably in Ras Al Khaimah.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluency in English is a must knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
