- Management: Supervising and coordinating the F&B staff across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to standards.
- Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for F&B staff to maintain high-quality service and to ensure consistency across all outlets.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld, handling customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Menu Development: Collaborating with chefs and management to develop menus that cater to the preferences of the target clientele and reflect the brand's identity.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Event Planning: Coordinating special events and functions, including meetings, weddings, and parties, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance evaluations for F&B staff and providing feedback for improvement.
