Description:
- Draft, review, approve, and release procedures and documents to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain document databases, ensuring accurate document numbering and version control.
- Liaise with various departments to gather, review, and approve documents and quality records.
- Upload documents to our electronic learning management system and oversee the proper storage, retrieval, and archiving of paper documents and records.
- Assist in preparing documentation for external audits and certifications, including quality audits.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on document control processes, quality standards, and best practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, Science-related field, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, quality management, or a related field.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
