Technical Expertise
- Proven ability to measure consumer engagement across multiple journey touchpoints and channels.
- Prior experience with Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics GA4, Looker Data Studio, and other web analytics technologies.
- Experience auditing and upgrading existing reporting technology.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to establish clear data requirements during program design.
- Ability to think creatively about how data can provide ongoing value to Linkwell's products.
- Experience with digital publishing and distribution across multiple channels like email and social media.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
Leadership
- Demonstrate value in Linkwell's approach to content marketing and consumer engagement through consistent program tracking.
- Act as a trusted adviser across the organization by demonstrating an understanding of the behavior behind the metrics.
- Manage internal and external resources to implement reporting tools and procedures that clearly show program performance.
- Remain current on industry best practices and ensure relevant updates are made to Linkwell's products.
- Automate and educate so that data is used effectively by the whole organization
Client Success
- Offer actionable insights that show how Linkwell is driving value for clients.
- Deliver regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Work with product and client success team to establish program measurement plans and KPIs.
In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:
- Establish a data and reporting process that scales with our business.
- Identify opportunities to improve and codify how data is collected across Linkwell’s products.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Provide reports that are clear, accurate, and built on sound data.
- Work to improve the data and reporting infrastructure.
- Accelerate the pace at which insights move through the organization.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ Years of experience as a data analyst or similar role in digital publishing or online marketing.
- Expertise with Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Javascript, and Python.
- Experience with CMS software like Drupal and Wordpress.
- Ability to use data to tell a story.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to share expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
