Responsibilities:
Adhere strictly to the shop timetable and all rules and regulations set forth by the company.
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing information about merchandise.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
