Commissioning Engineer

Ensure all safety requirements are met - raise Occurrence reports & Safety infringement forms in case of non-compliances. Stop processes if they do not meet specified requirements and get necessary approvals for any rework.

To create reports for the mechanical completion, Commissioning, Preservation and Warranty activities and report to management.

To work in coordination with Commissioning Engineers and define system /sub system brake of the project and sent boundaries.

To assist Commissioning Engineers and planners to develop pre-commissioning and commissioning planning, generation of commissioning programs and follow up of all jobs related to Mechanical Completion.

Ensuring quality standards of work to meet Companies targets of Customer satisfaction levels. Enforce and monitor safety aspects in work in line with Company HSE objectives.

Lead, Plan and Execute MC activities of the Project

Ensure strict compliance to safety procedures and Lock out tag out procedures.

Implement and manage changes to achieve optimal progress.

Ensure mechanical completion activities scheduled and documented up to the satisfaction of customers.

Ensure suitable project completion philosophy defined and implemented as per individual project requirements.

Effective utilization of available Manpower and Materials.

Propose Capex and productivity improvement suggestions which can lead reduction in time, wastage of material and man-hours.

To plan and execute the mechanical completion activities in line with project schedule in a cost-effective manner with optimum utilization of available resources.

Ensure that Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly met.

Assist Project Manager and departments in ensuring seamless delivery of the Project.

To assist commissioning engineers in systemisation and commissioning plan.

Improving work methods and procedures suitable to company’s strategic plans and project requirements.
