As Senior Rewards Associate you will contribute the businesses success by conducting comprehensive market research and analysis of compensation, benefits, and policies across the industry. What the job involves
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand current trends and changes in compensation, benefits, and policies across the market
- Benchmark against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. Assess jobs and respective duties to determine classification of grading and appropriate salary range
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to internal salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives based on market trends
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision making on compensation-related matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation practices
- Contribute to the development of HR analytics tools, through the creation of dashboards and other relevant information channels
Who we are looking for
- Relevant experience in human resources with a focus on compensation, employee benefits, and rewards within the financial sector
- CIPD/ SHRM/ Relevant qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
- Experience with business intelligence software, particularly PowerBI
