The ideal candidate will drive endtoend recruitment processes ensuring the attraction selection and onboarding of toptier talent from global markets to support the banks corporate banking growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate Banking roles with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highcalibre candidates from international markets.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding processes.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting networking and market mapping.
- Stay updated on global talent trends particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to meet diversity equity and inclusion goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on Corporate Banking and international hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring senior banking professionals from global markets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate banking sector and international talent landscapes.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
