Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for operating managing and supporting all electronic systems and providing technical support to the Client s customers Internal and external employees and related agencies.
- Providing firstlevel support for all systems with the client
- 57 years of experience in technical support for applications.
- Team player who can coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders within the company
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight periods of time.
- He has familiarity with wellknown technologies and programming languages such as Java/ .Net
- Good at presenting technical information.
- He has excellent written verbal and communication skills (in both languages Arabic and English)
Requirements
Required competencies.
- Bachelors degree in computer science.
- 58 years in computer science and related fields
