Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales technical support and project management to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts working closely with sales teams to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status project updates and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to meet both client and company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and drive valueadded solutions.
- Provide proactive account management by anticipating potential issues and taking preemptive action to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions agreements and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop clientspecific marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
