Senior Product Designer - Deriv

• Carry out the discovery and implementation of product design user journeys aligning them with the companys vision and objectives focusing on creating intuitive interfaces through embedding design principles refining design systems and implementing design thinking methodologies.
  
• Advocate for a usercentric approach leading by example conducting thorough user research to derive insights and translating them into userfriendly aesthetically pleasing and functional product designs.
  
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and marketers to seamlessly integrate design into the product development process.
  
• Take charge of the prototyping process conducting usability testing to validate and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback.
  
• Set and maintain high standards of design quality across all product touchpoints.
  
• Lead design within an agile squad ensuring adherence to timelines and delivering highquality design solutions.
  
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders securing buyin for design decisions and collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision and meets user expectations.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and design best practices encouraging a culture of experimentation and creative problemsolving within the team.

• 3 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing your detailed work
  
• Proven expertise in product design from concept to execution across various platforms including web mobile responsive and native
  
• Exceptional skills in User Interface (UI) design interaction design and prototyping
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including product managers and engineers
  
• A passion for staying uptodate with design trends emerging technologies and design best practices
  
• An ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment
  
• Strategic thinking ability that can translate business goals into compelling design solutions
  
• An ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to peers

• Experience working in a fintech firm and knowledge of various trade types
  
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and an ability to integrate user insights into the design processes
