Lighting Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities 1 Assessing the tender and job in hand Inquiries for Lighting 2 Evaluating the tender documents BOQ drawings and Specifications for Lighting 3 Sending emails to the respective manufacturers and following up with them in order to get the prices 4 Provide technical submittal and commercial offers as per the project requirements 5 Support the sales team with necessary technical issues 6 Following up as necessary to secure orders by providing all techno commercial services and support 7 Making the Purchase order to manufacturers and following up with them for the material delivery on the agreed delivery schedule 8 Preparing the delivery note and scheduling the material delivery to the site
