Interior Designer

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements objectives and constraints.
• Generate innovative and creative interior design concepts that align with client preferences brand identity and project goals.
• Develop design sketches mood boards and concept presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.

• Conduct space planning exercises to optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces.
• Create detailed floor plans furniture layouts and elevation drawings to illustrate design proposals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and accessibility standards in all design solutions.

• Research and specify appropriate materials finishes furnishings and fixtures that enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of interior spaces.
• Source and evaluate furniture lighting fabrics and accessories to complement the overall design concept.
• Prepare material boards and sample presentations for client review and approval.

• Produce comprehensive construction documents including detailed drawings schedules and specifications for bidding and construction purposes.
• Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into overall building plans.
• Review shop drawings and material samples to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project team members consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables and materials.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress resolve design issues and ensure quality control during construction.

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience of minimum 4 years working as an interior designer preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles color theory and spatial relationships.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and building codes/regulations.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects and creative abilities.
