Draftsman 3D Visualizer

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a draftsman and 3D visualizer in architectural or design firms.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) and 3D modeling software (e.g. SketchUp 3ds Max Blender).
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques architectural principles and construction methods.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and 3D visualization work.

• Certification in drafting CAD or 3D visualization.
• Experience with rendering software (e.g. VRay Lumion).
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
