Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and career progression.
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent management initiatives.
• Provide advice and support on compensation and benefits matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
