Convert provided leads into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct comprehensive product and service presentations to demonstrate value and meet clients' requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a clear incentive of earning 2,400 AED in commission for every 3 sales.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, addressing clients' concerns and providing post-sale support when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding the company's reputation and values.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong ability to close sales and generate revenue, with excellent negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining fruitful client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and contributing to company success.
Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand and communicate complex product information clearly.
High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and industry changes.
