. Recommend corrective actions for unfavorable variances Food cost commitments
. Manage the preparation and distribution of Kitchen items to all outlets and functions under detailed instructions for Junior Chef.
Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Hotel Management graduate or related course.
At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.
Fluent in Arabic and conversational English
Excellent leadership skills; Proactive
