Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok Reels that resonate with our target audience and showcase our properties and services.
• Produce high-quality visual and video content including but not limited to property tours, behind-the-scenes footage, client testimonials, and lifestyle content related to real estate in Dubai.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance and reach.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Continuously brainstorm and experiment with new content formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to keep our social media channels fresh and engaging.

About You

• Proven experience as a social media content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing original and creative content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including their respective algorithms, features, and best practices.
• Excellent videography and editing skills with proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong storytelling ability with a knack for creating compelling narratives and visually appealing content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film production, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
